Processing takes up to 7 - 24 business days not including the day you ordered sometimes sooner. This process can take up to about 3 weeks. Most wigs are preordered! Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a tracking email. After receiving the tracking email, tracking activity will become available after 24 hours.

A full install with Raw human hair, would need approximately 8 to 10 ounces of hair. We recommend buying 2 bundles of hair for lengths 12”to 16”. We recommend 3 bundles for lengths 18”to 24”. We recommend 4 to 5 bundles for lengths 26”to 40”. Each bundle weighs 3. 5 ounces. Keep in mind that since the hair is sold by total weight the rule is: “The longer the hair, the shorter the weft.”

This is 100% Raw human hair that has not been processed and is not processed in anyway. You can color the hair, however once Raw hair is treated in any way, it is no longer virgin. Be sure to keep color treated hair conditioned and moisturized.

This hair can last for a long time, the better you take GOOD care of it the longer you can have it and reuse! Our clients generally use the hair for 6 to 12 months.

Shampoo at least once a week Wash with a moisturizing shampoo (if excess product is on the hair use a clarifying shampoo) Do NOT massage Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water Apply conditioner, comb through with a wide tooth comb, starting with the ends working your way up you scalp Deep condition once a week Rinse thoroughly Let air dry Use a heat protector when applying heat Oils I recommend are Biosilk (Walmart brand works just as well) or CHI Oil

Use styling products minimally to avoid build up For Wavy & Curly Textures use a spray bottle of water for a natural look For a “WET” look, we suggest a leave in conditioner & water AVOID ALCOHOL BASED PRODUCTS TO AVOID DRYING OUT YOUR INVESTMENT! Dampen hair with a water bottle Comb through (wide tooth comb) beginning at the ends and working your way up to your scalp Scrunch up hair gently to reform curls Let air dry Style as desired
