Booking Terms & Conditions

Hey Fairies, Thank You For Chosing Me As Your Stylist. I truly appreciate all of your continued support and business. My Goal is to bring out your inner confidence and enhance your everyday slay, The Flawless Touch Way! 🧚🏽‍♀️



You are responsible for reading the following policy when booking your appointment.

1. A $25 non-refundable/transferable booking deposit is required to secure your spot and will go towards your appointment.

Deposits of rescheduled appointments will be credited to the future service.


2. No children or Extra Company allowed when being serviced.


3. I do not go behind work that wasn’t done by me


4. All lace services (frontals/closures/wigs) must be provided 48hrs before appointment for customizing. Same day customizing will be an additional $40.



5. For Coloring Extensions please bring hair in 48hrs before appointment. No exceptions! 

6. Wash and Blow Dry included 

7. For Braid Services Hair is Included. Please come washed and blow dried and have your hair detangled and free of oils and product. Braid services are only available for booking 

Tuesday- Friday.

8. Extensions must be clean and in order by length for quick and easy installation.

9. Please notify me 24hours in advance to cancel/ reschedule or your card will be charged full price for service.

10. Please be mindful of my time and others. BE ON TIME. If you fail to be on time there will be a $20 fee anything later than 30mins will result in cancellation of your appointment and a full service charge.

11. Consult will me if you are unsure what to do before tampering with or removing your lace installations. I am not responsible for any damages done to your hair or extensions after you leave my chair.

12. All sales are FINAL.
